Twin Falls Creative Arts Center LLC

Cheryl Bruce is the art instructor and owner of Twin Falls Creative Arts Center, which offers a visual arts education for children and adults of all ages. Cheryl has an extensive background in the visual arts as well as crafts, drama, creative writing and music. Cheryl has taught art classes at Kid’s Art in the Park for the past couple of years and has participated in the annual Art in the Park event as face painting artist. Ms. Bruce has volunteered her time in the 4-H program for many years as project leader, teaching art, photography, scrapbooking and computer technology. Cheryl grew up with an artist mother that surrounded her with a variety of arts, crafts, drama, music, 4-H and other creative opportunities. Ms. Bruce is passionate about art and art education; and she loves to work with both youth and adults. Her resume includes a six-year stent in the marketing department at Cactus Petes in Jackpot, as Advertising Coordinator, Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing working on extensive advertising projects for Ameristar Casinos, Cactus Petes and the Horseshu. Cheryl is a member of the Art Guild of the Magic Valley, and past President (2010-11). She is also a member of the Magic Valley Arts Council and the Idaho Art Education Association. Cheryl is a mother of four children and grandmother of three, and four that consider her “nana” or “grandma”! Her husband, Leon, is a wonderful husband and is encouraging and supportive of her endeavors. Leon and Cheryl home school their two children who still live at home, Jonathan and Christina.
